2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

PixelCreds.com will not issue refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Successful Delivery: The Product has been successfully delivered to the game account or user ID provided by you during the purchase process.
- Customer Error: Incorrect information was provided by the customer during the purchase, including but not limited to: wrong Game ID, User ID, Character Name, Server, incorrect product selection, or wrong top-up amount. You are wholly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the Product after purchase.
- Order Processed by Provider: Your order has been successfully paid for and sent to our provider for automatic processing and fulfillment.
- Used Products: The purchased digital currency, credits, or items have been partially or fully used or consumed.
- External Issues: Issues arising from the game publisher, game servers, your game account status (e.g., bans unrelated to our service), or other factors outside of PixelCreds.com’s direct control.
- Failure to Redeem within Timeframe (if applicable): Some products may have redemption timeframes imposed by the game publisher; failure to redeem within such timeframes is not eligible for a refund.
- Claims of product faultiness after successful delivery and/or redemption (e.g., issues with game mechanics, code already redeemed by user, region incompatibility not specified as guaranteed by PixelCreds.com). We only guarantee delivery of the valid Product code/top-up as described.
3. Refundable Scenarios (Exceptions)
3.1. Eligibility
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. PixelCreds.com will investigate and consider issuing a refund ONLY in the following specific situations:
- Verified System Failure: A verifiable technical failure occurred within PixelCreds.com’s order processing system which demonstrably prevented the successful delivery of the purchased Product to the correctly provided account details, despite successful payment confirmation.
- Payment Discrepancy: A confirmed error by PixelCreds.com resulted in you being charged an incorrect amount for your order. In such cases, we will refund the difference or address the discrepancy appropriately.
4. How to Request a Refund (for Eligible Scenarios Only)
4.1. Timeframe
If you believe your situation falls under one of the Refundable Scenarios outlined in Section 3, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

4.4. Investigation and Decision
Our team will investigate your request based on the information provided and our system logs. Investigations will typically be completed within 7 working days (defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays in Singapore), but may take longer depending on the complexity. We reserve the right to request further information or identity verification to validate a refund claim. Failure to provide requested information may result in the denial of the refund request. PixelCreds.com’s decision regarding refund eligibility after a thorough investigation shall be considered final.
5. Refund Method and Timing
5.1. Method
If a refund is approved based on the conditions in Section 3, the refund will be processed either to the original payment method used for the purchase OR issued as a single-use voucher code of equivalent value for use on PixelCreds.com. The method used may be determined at our discretion or offered as a choice where feasible.
5.2. Timing (Original Payment Method)
Refunds processed to the original payment method may take up to 30 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
5.3. Timing (Voucher)
Voucher codes will typically be issued via email within 7 working days of refund approval.

6.1. User Responsibility
We reiterate that you are solely responsible for ensuring all purchase details (Game ID, server, amount, etc.) are accurate before completing your transaction. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

6.4. Provider Dependency
Product fulfillment relies on third-party provider systems. While we ensure orders are correctly transmitted, we are not liable for fulfillment delays or failures originating solely from the provider’s end, provided our system operated correctly.
6.5. Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks
PixelCreds.com takes fraudulent activities seriously. Any attempts to make fraudulent refund claims or initiate illegitimate chargebacks after successful product delivery may result in suspension of the associated user account(s) and future service denial. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing proof of transaction and delivery to the relevant payment processor.

All transactions and potential refunds are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), unless otherwise explicitly stated.
