Guess the MLBB Hero! – Contest Series Master Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1.

The “Guess the MLBB Hero!” contest series (the “Contest”) is organized by Titaneum (“Organizer”), owner of pixelcreds.com (the “Website”). Each individual event within this series is referred to as a “Contest Round.”

1.2.

By participating in any Contest Round, participants agree to be bound by these Master Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) and any specific rules mentioned in the official announcement for that Contest Round.

1.3.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY CONTEST ROUND. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

1.4.

Specific Details: The exact Contest Period, specific challenge details (e.g., the hero image), Prize(s), approximate retail value (ARV) of Prizes, number of winners, and any specific eligibility restrictions (e.g., regional limitations) for each Contest Round will be clearly stated in the official announcement for that specific Contest Round, published on the Website or other official channels designated by the Organizer (the “Contest Announcement”). Participants must refer to the relevant Contest Announcement for these details.

2. Eligibility

2.1.

Unless otherwise specified in the Contest Announcement for a specific Contest Round, the Contest is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2.

The employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3.

Participants must have a valid Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) game account eligible to receive the prize specified for the relevant Contest Round. Participants are responsible for ensuring their account can receive the prize (see Section 8).

2.4.

Participation may be subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction (see Section 11.5 and 11.8). The Organizer reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any Contest Round based on region or other factors, which will be stated in the Contest Announcement if applicable.

3. Contest Period

3.1.

The specific start and end dates and times for each Contest Round (the “Contest Period”) will be defined in the official Contest Announcement for that round.

3.2.

The Organizer’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Entries received outside the specified Contest Period for a given Contest Round will be disqualified for that round.

4. How to Enter

4.1.

To enter a specific Contest Round, eligible individuals must, during the relevant Contest Period:

  1. Visit the Contest page or location specified in the Contest Announcement on the Website (https://pixelcreds.com) or other designated platform.
  2. View the specific challenge element (e.g., the image of the featured MLBB hero) presented for that Contest Round.
  3. Correctly complete the challenge (e.g., identify the hero).
  4. Submit their answer/entry, along with their valid MLBB User ID, MLBB Server ID, and a valid email address via the official entry method specified in the Contest Announcement.
  5. Agree to these T&Cs by checking the required box on the entry form.

4.2.

Limit of one (1) entry per MLBB game account per Contest Round, unless otherwise specified in the Contest Announcement. Use of multiple accounts or any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4.3.

Entries must be complete and contain all required, accurate information to be valid. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

5. Winner Selection

5.1.

The number of potential winners for each Contest Round will be specified in the relevant Contest Announcement.

5.2.

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Organizer from the pool of all eligible entries that correctly completed the challenge for that Contest Round and were received during its Contest Period.

5.3.

The random drawing will typically be conducted within 24-48 hours after the end of the Contest Period for that round, unless otherwise stated in the Contest Announcement.

5.4.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible correct entries received for that Contest Round.

6. Prizes

6.1.

The specific prize(s) (“Prize”) to be awarded for each Contest Round, along with their Approximate Retail Value (ARV), will be detailed in the official Contest Announcement for that round.

6.2.

Prizes are typically digital, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other items, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer. All taxes or fees associated with prize receipt or use (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.3.

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

7.1.

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry, typically within 24-48 hours after the random drawing is conducted for that Contest Round. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their provided email address is valid and monitored.

7.2.

The MLBB User IDs (or other suitable identifier agreed by Organizer) of the winners will also be announced on the Website or other platform as specified in the Contest Announcement. This announcement will remain publicly visible for a minimum period of two (2) months from the date of announcement, or as required by applicable regulations.

7.3.

To claim the Prize, potential winners must contact the Organizer within 48 hours (or the timeframe specified in the Contest Announcement, if different) of the winner notification email being sent, using one of the official methods listed in Section 12 or in the Contest Announcement.

7.4.

Potential winners must provide verification of their identity, eligibility (including age and MLBB account details), and compliance with these T&Cs upon request by the Organizer before the Prize is awarded. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture.

8. Prize Forfeiture

8.1.

A potential winner will forfeit the Prize, and the Prize will not be awarded, if:

  1. They do not contact the Organizer to claim the Prize within the specified timeframe; OR
  2. They are found to be ineligible according to these T&Cs or any specific requirements in the Contest Announcement; OR
  3. Their submitted MLBB game account is unable to receive the specific Prize awarded for that Contest Round due to reasons including, but not limited to, being in an ineligible region for the prize type, having exceeded account limits (e.g., weekly pass quota), account restrictions, or incorrect ID/Server information provided; OR
  4. They fail to provide required verification information satisfactorily or comply with these T&Cs.

8.2.

In the event of prize forfeiture, no alternative winner will typically be selected, unless otherwise stated in the Contest Announcement or decided at the Organizer’s sole discretion. The Organizer’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification, and forfeiture are final and binding.

9. Prize Fulfilment

9.1.

Once a winner has successfully claimed their Prize and eligibility/identity is verified by the Organizer, the Prize specified in the Contest Announcement will be delivered digitally by the Organizer to the winner’s verified MLBB account, or via another method specified by the Organizer.

9.2.

Prize fulfillment timing may vary depending on verification and processing.

10. Data Privacy and Marketing Consent

10.1.

Personal information collected from participants (MLBB User ID, Server ID, email address) will be used by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the relevant Contest Round, including verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, fulfilling prizes, and complying with legal obligations (such as winner announcements).

10.2.

Marketing Communications: If a participant explicitly consents by ticking the separate, designated opt-in checkbox on the entry form for a Contest Round, the Organizer may also use their email address to send marketing communications, newsletters, and promotional offers related to pixelcreds.com. Consent is not required to enter the Contest and can be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email received.

10.3.

Participant information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

11. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability

11.1.

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any Contest Round or the entire Contest series for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, administrative error, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control that compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

11.2.

The Organizer is not responsible for: (a) technical errors, malfunctions, interruptions, or failures of any kind related to computer hardware, software, networks, servers, or internet connections; (b) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries or communications; (c) any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (d) typographical or other errors in these T&Cs or other Contest materials.

11.3.

By participating, entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. This limitation of liability is void where prohibited by law.

11.4.

Any attempt by a participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law and disqualify the participant.

11.5.

Participant Representations and Warranties: By entering any Contest Round and checking the confirmation box on the entry form, each participant represents and warrants that they: (a) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the specifics in the relevant Contest Announcement; (b) meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein and in the relevant Contest Announcement, including being 18 years of age or older; and (c) their participation in the Contest is lawful and complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence and/or the location from which they are participating.

11.6.

Governing Law: These T&Cs and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection laws or regulatory requirements in a participant’s jurisdiction where applicable law grants such rights.

11.7.

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.8.

Disclaimer: The Organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the Contest or any prize, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Participants enter any Contest Round at their own risk. The Organizer strongly advises potential participants to review their local laws regarding participation in online skill/chance promotions before entering. The Organizer disclaims liability for participation that violates local laws. Compliance with laws outside of Singapore has not been independently verified by the Organizer.
